Job Description

The general laborer will be responsible for assisting with various tasks in our manufacturing facility to ensure efficient operations and production.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials or products.
  • Assist with assembly line production by operating machinery or hand tools.
  • Load and unload materials from trucks or conveyor belts.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. Follow safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic math and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed.
